What just happened in my mouth? I am a huge fan of Alton Brown’s many pork chop recipes, but recently we discovered his Molasses Coffee Marinated Pork Chops and I just had to write something about it. It’s absolutely amazing! I never would have thought of putting coffee in a pork chop marinade or that it would be tasty, but I was so wrong. I’m very excited to play around with this one and tweak it next time we make it.
